By accessing or using FlipAi ("the Service"), available at flipai.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FlipAi provides AI-powered tools to help users research resale values, generate product listings, and manage inventory across multiple marketplaces. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration. FlipAi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by FlipAi and protected by intellectual property laws. Listings and content you create using FlipAi remain yours, but you grant FlipAi a limited license to display and process that content within the Service.

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Using the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Scraping, data-mining, or reverse-engineering the Service
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service's infrastructure

FlipAi offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless you opt out within 30 days of account creation.
