Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and tap the marketplace you want to link. You'll be redirected to that platform to authorize FlipAi. Once connected, you can list items directly. If a connection expires, you'll get a notification to reconnect.

Like deals to show support, and check the 'What's Hot' tab to see trending finds ranked by engagement, recency, and Flip Score. Unlock detailed market data on any deal using credits.

How does the Profit Tracker work?

The Profit Tracker lets you log purchase prices, sale prices, and fees for every item you flip. It automatically calculates your profit margin and gives you a running total of your earnings over time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to the Legal section → tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.

Why do I need eBay business policies?

eBay requires all sellers to have payment, return, and shipping policies before listing through any third-party app, including FlipAi. This is an eBay requirement, not a FlipAi requirement. It only takes 3 minutes to set up and you only do it once. Go to ebay.com/sh/sell/policies to create them.

I already sell on eBay — do I still need to set up policies?

If you already list on eBay, you likely have policies set up. Just tap Connect eBay in Settings and FlipAi will import them automatically. No manual setup needed.

Where do I find my eBay policies?

Go to ebay.com/sh/sell/policies, or in eBay go to Seller Hub → Payments → Policies.

What if I get a 403 error on eBay?

Accepted Answer

This means your eBay account needs to opt into Business Policies. Go to ebay.com/sh/sell/policies and click 'Opt In' if prompted. Then disconnect and reconnect eBay in FlipAi settings.

I set up eBay policies but still getting an error — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect eBay in FlipAi settings, then reconnect to get a fresh token. Your policies will auto-import. If still having issues, contact hello@flipai.app.
